First workout of 2017

I finished my first workout of 2017!  Wow, it was a killer!  I was huffing and puffing like the Big, Bad Wolf.  But it felt awesome to finish it and know that I had done something positive for my health.  I use the app Sweat by Kayla Itsines.  It has a workout for each day (3 cardio and 3 strength a week), a food plan and a great Facebook group.
